Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm (subject to availability). Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the next available delivery day.

We deliver to urban, non-remote suburbs between Manukau and Albany using our own local delivery service, which incurs $12.5 delivery fee. 

For suburbs outside Manukau and Albany, we use a courier service, which incurs a $20 delivery fee. Please check with us at hello@fleurandco.nz before ordering wider Auckland delivery to confirm we deliver to your area.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on route and traffic. If no one is home, we will leave the flowers in a safe place where possible, or contact you if we need further instructions.

Fleur & Co operates 100% online.  Our studio is located in Hillcrest, Auckland. We don't have a retail store, so you’re unable to collect orders. However, we deliver our flowers Auckland wide. Delivery can easily be arranged on our website when you are checking out If you have any questions please contact us on hello@fleurandco.nz.

If the recipient is unavailable and no safe place is found, redelivery may incur an additional fee. But we will do our best to contact you and the recipient.
