Our Story

Welcome to Fleur & Co, where elegance blooms through thoughtfully designed florals and beautifully curated gifts. I’m Alina, a Russian-born Kiwi based in Auckland, with a lifelong love affair with flowers.

My journey with florals began over 15 years ago, and ever since finishing my formal training, I’ve been quite literally playing with flowers — learning, experimenting, and refining my style along the way. In 2018, inspired by the natural beauty of New Zealand, I founded Fleur & Co to create modern, luxe floral designs. 

Whether it’s a birthday, wedding, special occasion, corporate event, or simply a spontaneous gesture of kindness, every arrangement is designed with care, intention, and an eye for detail.

In 2022, we introduced floral workshops, and they quickly became a much-loved part of Fleur & Co. From intimate private gatherings to popular corporate team-building workshops, these hands-on experiences allow people to slow down, connect, and create something beautiful together.
