We do not deliver fresh flowers to the remote or rural addresses.

Dry Flowers outside of Auckland - $20
Gifts - $12.5 flat fee nationwide urban addresses.
Please note that we don't deliver to rural or remote addresses.
We deliver 7 days a week (not including public holidays).
The cutoff for same-day delivery is midday.
Please make sure you placed your order in advance for the weekend delivery.

All standard deliveries endeavored to be completed by 2:00pm, wider Auckland deliveries endeavored to be completed by 6:00pm.

Weekend deliveries:
We highly recommend placing your orders in advance for weekend deliveries. If you place an order on the weekend for same-weekend delivery, we will do our best to fulfill the order, but this will be subject to availability and may be dispatched on the following Monday.
Out of Auckland deliveries
Dispatched next business day via NZ Post. Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days.

If you require a delivery at a specific time, please feel free to let us know by leaving an instruction when placing the order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
In most cases, our courier will ring the bell or call the recipient's cell phone, and if there is no answer, they will leave your gift at the front door or in a safe place. With gated properties or properties with dogs, if the couriers are not able to gain access and the phone number you provided with your order goes unanswered, they will leave it at the gate.
Please note that we will make only one attempt at delivery. Re-delivery fee is $12.5.
Fleur & Co operates 100% online. Our studio is located in Murrays bay, Auckland. We don't have a retail store, so you’re unable to collect orders. However, we deliver our flowers Auckland wide and our gifts NZ wide. Delivery can easily be arranged on our website when you are checking out If you have any questions please contact us on hello@fleurandco.nz.

SHOP NOWWe are dedicated to delivering you an outstanding and quality product. We only use premium flowers that are sourced from the fresh flower market at least 3 times a week. We expect our fresh flowers to be enjoyed for at least 5 days or longer. However, it is dependant on how the flowers are cared for. Please follow the tips below to prolong the life of your flowers:

- Keep your flowers away from the direct sunlight
- Keep your flowers away from the heater / air conditioner / fan / drafty door
- Replenish the water frequently. Change the water entirely every 2-3 days
- Trim at least one centimeter of stem off your flowers before you put them in a vase and each time you change the water (use sharp scissors when cutting).
- For our flowers in clear boxes. 1. Change water at least every three days. 2. Wash the box and fill it with fresh water. 3. Gently remove any severely wilted petals. 4. Trim the stems for about 1 cm on the angle and quickly put the stems back in the water. You have around 10 seconds before stems close up.
- Our flowers in hat boxes come with floral foam which will keep them hydrated up to a week. However, we do recommend to touch the foam in three days and check the moisture. If it's dry add some more water to the foam using a watering can. Please be careful and do not wet the box. Feel free to remove any severely wilted petals at any time.

- After you throw out your last arrangement, be sure to wash the vase very thoroughly in hot soapy water or, better yet, in your dishwasher.

Please keep in mind that no two bouquets are exactly alike, and we use only the freshest, in-season flowers available at the market. This means that variations in colour and variety may occur. However, rest assured, our experienced florists will create a beautiful and unique bouquet that captures the essence of the design you have chosen and is sure to impress.
We work in colour themes, not in a particular colour.
Our 3 main colour themes are:
Passionate red - classic red.
Delicate pastel - soft tones of cream, white, lavender, pink or similar.
Vibrant bright - bold colours like pink, purple, yellow.
By choosing one of the themes you trust our floral stylist to select the flowers for your arrangement in the chosen theme which may differ slightly from the picture on our website.
Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, some flowers may be unavailable. In this instance, we make every attempt to ensure that your flowers are as close as possible to the initial order. We will email you about any changes.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Please send us a photo of the product with a short description of the problem to hello@fleurandco.nz and we will be happy to help you.

At Fleur & Co, we’re proud of the fact that we make a conscious choice of what we put in our gift boxes. We source organic, natural and artisan products with minimal processing and the cosmetics we use are cruelty-free. We believe that our gifts not only have to be delicious and beautifully arranged but also nourishing for our bodies.
At this stage, we don’t include alcohol in our gift boxes.
If for any reason product included in our gift box becomes unavailable or out of stock, we will replace it with a similar item of the same or greater value.
