Where do you deliver?
Fresh & Forever Flowers - Auckland only (non-remote, Albany to Manukau) .
For wider Auckland, please confirm with us before placing the order if delivery is possible.
Gifts -New Zealand wide.
We do not deliver fresh flowers to the remote or rural addresses.
How much is your delivery fee?
Fresh & Forever Flowers: Albany to Manukau non-remote - $12.5; Wider Auckland - $20
Gifts: $15 flat fee nationwide urban addresses.
How long does your delivery take?
Standard deliveries
All standard deliveries endeavored to be completed by 2:00pm, wider Auckland deliveries endeavored to be completed by 6:00pm.
Same-day deliveries:
The cutoff for same-day delivery is midday. These orders will most likely be delivered by 6 PM. Always subject to product availability.
Weekend deliveries:
We highly recommend placing your orders in advance for weekend deliveries. If you place an order on the weekend for same-weekend delivery, we will do our best to fulfill the order, but this will be subject to availability and may be dispatched on the following Monday. Always subject to product availability.
Gift deliveries
Dispatched next business day via NZ Post. Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days.

Can I pick up my order?
Fleur&Co operates 100% online. Our home studio is located in Hillcrest, Auckland. We don't have a retail store, so you're unable to collect orders.
What if I need a delivery at a specific time?
If you require a delivery at a specific time, please feel free to let us know by leaving an instruction when placing the order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
